1.What is Boot Camp? Boot Camp is a fun way to apply result oriented fitness training. During a Boot Camp session the environment and the exercises are constantly changing to maintain a fresh challenge for all Boot Camp participants. It's a great way for an individual or a group of friends to get in shape and stay in shape.
2. What if I am a beginner or not physically fit?Men & Women of all fitness levels come to boot camp workouts. You will not be forced to do anything that you are not capable of doing at any given moment. You will be asked to perform exercises that are safe and effective for you to have a great workout. Each workout you will notice progress in your core strength, endurance, body awareness, and knowledge of how to do things correctly. You will Inspire others and others will inspire you. 3. Are the boot camp classes outdoor or indoor? Our Boot Camp takes place outdoors. During the spring & summer camps are sometimes held at local beaches. Go to the website calendar for updates on boot camp locations. 4. What is the schedule of boot camp workouts? Contact your instructor or Go to the Calendar for your boot camp class schedule. 5.What are the type of the workouts I will be doing?Our Boot Camp workouts consist a little bit of everything. Cardio training, strength training, cross fit routines, free motion machines, Kalestenics, outdoor walks, runs, and sprints. You will learn how to use free weights such as, Med balls, dumbbells, kettlebell,bands, etc. Most importantly, Boot Camp workouts are created to maximize that 1 hour you have to workout and get fit. 6.How do I sign up or get started?
Sign up for boot camp by going to the Online Store. Select a package, fill out the form and press Submit. Once your payment is received you will be contacted by a Fitness Instructor. Next, you will receive your Boot Camp registration forms via email. Fill out the form, email to qhbootcamp@gmail.com or bring it to your fitness instructor on your first workout. 7. Can I use my sessions at later date after I sign up?Yes, However, your package will be activated the time you purchase the package. Note: All sessions must be used prior to the expiration which 45-60 days from sign up.
8. What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring comfortable workout clothes, yoga mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle, running shoes & towel.
